QUICKFIT FLEX® Automotive Seat Foam Fastener
YKK® QUICKFIT® fastener‘s sole purpose is to effectively attach the trim cover to the foam and was one of the key products that gave us the opportunity to be honored with a 2021 GEAR Award for contributions to the US state of Georgia’s automotive and mobility industries.
The QUICKFIT® tie down system forgoes the use of metal wires, which improves the foaming and seat cover assembling processes in addition to reducing overall seat weight and labor during seat disposal. Seat install time is also lowered due to excellent self-alignment capability.
The QUICKFIT FLEX® hook fastener functions in the same way as the standard QUICKFIT® product, except that it curves to accommodate certain seat foam designs.

QUICKLOOP®: The Loop Counterpart to the QUICKFIT® Hook
The QUICKLOOP® loop easily attaches to the QUICKFIT® hook.
The QUICKLOOP® loop is sewn into the seat trim cover and used to tie down seam lines for car seats with the QUICKFIT® hook installed. Not only does this loop easily attach to the QUICKFIT® hook, but its soft touch allows for easy engagement and the homogenization of labor operations.
The combination of these two fasteners enables manufacturers to achieve a craftsmanship-like appearance for motor vehicle seats.
