We launched our series with this video, in which Trent Bush, vice president apparel at Black Diamond Equipment, discusses Black Diamond’s collaboration with YKK on the world’s first YKK® Super Lightweight Zipper for the Deploy Wind Shell. The zipper was on view in our booth at the Outdoor Retailer Sports Expo & Conference, July 23-26. We should note that during the event Black Diamond’s Deploy was 1 of only 10 products that was awarded the Editor’s Choice award from Gear Patrol , from the 150 brands and thousands of products that were considered.
