Measures Relating to Employees
To instill the Human Rights Policy Statement throughout the entire YKK Group, the content and purport of the Statement is shared with YKK Group employees (all domestic Group employees and some overseas managers) and comprehensive understanding is ensured through regional personnel staff at international managers’ conferences and similar events. We are also creating governance structures for human rights and labor practices.
