YKK Americas Group’s hook and rail fastening system consisting of its POWERRAIL® (Item Code: SA) fastener and POWERRAIL® holder provides a safe and secure way to fasten and install wall padding in a gym. The POWERRAIL® (Item Code: SA) fastener is part of our POWERHOOK® fastener family of continuous injection molded hook products. It is used together with the POWERRAIL® holder to securely hold the hook onto the wall. The system can be mated with other loops, but we ask that you consult with us so we can provide you with the best combination based on your application and intended usage. Conventional wall padding systems are made with metal holders, which can have sharp edges and adhesive hooks, which can delaminate. However, YKK’s POWERRAIL® system is nonmetallic with an extruded hook, eliminating those issues completely.

Can the POWERRAIL® system be used outdoors?
The material used is PBT, which has great weatherability, but always consult with a YKK® sales rep to get the best combination results.
What is the put up?
The POWERRAIL® fastener comes on a 150 ft. roll. The holder comes in 3 sizes, including 4 ft., 5 ft. and 6 ft., and it comes in a 30 piece box. Both the POWERRAIL® fastener and holder can be cut to meet your desired length.
Does it come in colors?
Since the system is hidden behind wall pads, we do not offer a lot of color variations. The standard color is black for the POWERRAIL® fastener and gray for the POWERRAIL® holder. If you require certain colors to meet your needs, we can work with you, but note that we require minimum orders. Please consult with a YKK® sales rep regarding minimum orders and color options.
